Bariers To Exit

What is the process of leaving the barriers to leave the industry? Is it efficient or inefficient? An introduction to classic and economic studies on investment behavior such as Salter (1966) and Nickell (1978) shows that the exit process works well, the fact that the most inefficient factory is closed first. There are many exams that highlight the problem of playing games between games or between companies and governments, suggesting non-optimal termination behavior. Based on the classification of economic, strategic and administrative barriers of Porter, six major exit barriers were identified from literature review.

(C) What is the exit route? The term "export route" refers to a continuous, unimpeded route from anywhere in the workplace to a safe travel trip from the outside. "Export route" usually consists of three parts: an entrance exit, an exit that provides a means of traveling, a road to the outside from the exit. "Export route" includes all vertical and horizontal areas along the route. (B) How many exit routes must be in the workplace? In the case of all employees and residents of other buildings, the employer must allow at least two exit passages to escape quickly in emergency situations. The export route must be as far apart as possible. This will allow employees to safely evacuate using an alternate exit route if the route to the exit is obstructed by fire or smoke.

OSHA divides the requirements into three common themes: (1) export route design and construction requirements, (2) export route operation and maintenance requirements, and (3) escape employee requirements. For example, the exit route design requirement was previously dispersed in 1910.36 and 1910.37. Previously, the requirement for direct discharge to public roads and plazas was a general requirement of 1910.37 (h) (1). This requirement has moved to Section 1910.36 (f), including the exit route design, as the location of the exit is a requirement that the employer must deal with during the design of the workplace.
