A. B. "Kill ing Short Story" negotiations "Guthrie Jr." shows a typical example of how people can get so abusive before retaliation against abusers. This special story is taken at the Monondance in Montana State in the latter half of the 19th century and shows how Dutch entrepreneur Bowmer sought revenge against illiterate, aggressive, drunk Slade. Revenge seeds were planted in Mr. Baumer only for controversy on invoices unpaid by cargo ship. But this desire for revenge will ultimately lead to the planning of leading Slardes to a magical death. Is Mr. Bowmer's killing rational or is it a clear case of cruel addiction?

At the beginning of the story, the first interaction between Slade and Mr. Bowmer's role was based on Slade's outstanding invoice. As a result of this conflict, Slade refused to pay these invoices and twisted Mr. Bowmer's nose openly insulted. After such an incident, Mr. Bowmer said directly about the apparent competition of Slade, "Now it is not 20 dollars and 50 cents, aluminum, it is not so anymore" (7 - 8). Baumer expressed his view that the difference in his opinion with Slade is no longer based on money, but based on pride and dignity. He interprets the abuse he has received not only as a physical influence but also as an influence of his principle. This idea was only embedded further into Mr. Baumer's idea which slapped him and entered the story line later. Through these cruel violent acts, Mr. Bowmer was able to take action to kill Slade.

Now, Mr. Bowmar is armed with a clear motive and is planning to plan to slay Slade in a way not to suspect him. Utilizing the famous fact that Slade is illiterate and drunk, Bowmer hired Slade to transport cargo including toxic woody alcohol barrel. Knowing that all ships were stolen from the bucket, Mr. Baumer guaranteed Slade drinking water from the bucket; this will lead to his death. Mr. Baumer was even planning to make Slade's death plan appear to be caused by the harsh winter conditions of the time. All right now

Cheap products are bargain items, and another transaction is an agreement you have with someone - transactions or compromises. Two countries may trade, or you can negotiate with your friends, if you buy a huge cinnamon roll, you drive to the mall. Negotiation also means negotiating purchase details. This makes sense because the basic language is bargaignier and French is "negotiation".

Successful negotiation is not always easy to identify. Negotiations leading to formal consensus are called "clear litigation negotiations". However, some petition negotiations are called "implied release negotiations". Clear negotiations are the most important of the two. In judgment negotiations, we will guarantee mild judgment or proxy judgment in exchange for the conviction of the defendant. When the defendant admitted to crime to kill in order to avoid the death penalty, one of the most obvious forms of the judgment took place. A judgment may also occur if you are not so serious, such as approving a claim in exchange for "working hours". This usually means that the defendant will be released immediately.
