Barack Hussein Obama US President was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. His mother, Stanley Ann Dannam, is an American white from Wichita, Kansas. His father is Black Barack Obama from Allego, Kenya. They are all young college students at the University of Hawaii. When his father left Harvard, his mother and Barak stayed behind and his father finally returned to Kenya where he served as a government economist. Barack 's mother remarried to Indonesian oil manager and moved to Jakarta when Barack was 6 years old. He later explained Indonesia as both lush and painful tropical poverty. He returned to Hawaii where he was brought up greatly by grandparents. The family lives in a small apartment - his grandfather is a furniture salesman, a failed insurance agency, his grandmother is working at a bank - but Barak enters the Punahou school in Hawaii's top preparatory school I succeeded in doing. His father often wrote a letter to him but he traveled all over the world while working in Kenya but he only visited once when Barack was only ten years old.
