Baptist Churches

This is the name of the church that I participated recently, which is quite different from my own Catholic faith, but I like it very much. Pastor Sergio Reyes started serving in prayer at the opening ceremony. It made us a hymn about the beauty of America and our country. Given the Independence Day approaching, most of the songs we sing are about the United States. After some songs and some prayers, the pastor raises happened and conveyed his sermons, or the information he wants to say.

Lakewood First Baptist Church was first established under the name of "Fu Chen First Baptist Church" on July 25, 1952. H. Green, a regional missionary at the Washington Baptist Conference in Oregon, led the establishment of the Church. There are 15 charter members. Pastor Austin Lavin was dispatched to serve as a pastor by the General Assembly and was later called the first pastor of the Church on September 7, 1952. A worship service for several months at a rental store of Veterans Avenue. After many prayers, in February 1953, many people were purchased, and the ground broke. The church people built 30 feet by 60 feet building in just 2 months! Immediately it was found to be inadequate, the second unit was completed in August 1954. In June 1955, a priest was purchased. And we added a space for worship.

In 1612, Thomas Hellwith founded a Baptist church in London. It consists of a congregation from Smith Church. Many other Baptist churches have emerged, and they are known as general Baptists. A special Baptist will be set up when the group of separatists of the Carvinist passes the believers' baptism. The special Baptist church was composed of seven churches in 1644 and created a confession of faith called the first London faith confession. Roger Williams and John Clark, his compatriots and colleagues of religious freedom are considered to be the first Baptist churches in North America. In 1639, Williams founded a Baptist church in Providence, Rhode Island and Clark founded a Baptist church in Newport, Rhode Island.
