My first choice was a ballet called La Sylphide. La Sylphide is a story about a Scottish man named James who is about to get married. He had a complex dream for sleeping, for the beautiful people, this is a kind spirit. In his dream, they danced and soon fell in love with s. When he woke up, he soon forgot s and concentrated on his fiancé. A witch arrived at the castle at once. Then, I looked at his palm and told James that he would betray his fiancé on the day of the wedding. He has not heard, the wedding ceremony is still going on.

La Sylphide was carefully arranged by Fillipo Taglioni and was performed in Paris Opera starring Marie Taglioni in 1823. It is said that this is the first romantic ballet. La Sylphide is a story about supernatural female creatures, half women, half birds, and eternal dancing. Sylphide fell in love with James, a farmer trying to get married. But James fell in love with s and left his wedding to spend the rest of her life with her. When James consulted the witch about how to prevent Sylphide from jumping out, the ballet turned around. The witch told him to wear a scarf on the waist of Sylphide, and James followed. The scarf eventually killed Sylphide, and James was eventually killed by a witch trying to revenge her death.

In March, 1832, Ballet LaSilfide debuted in Paris. This ballet is about the young Scottish James. A tragedy happened. After crouching in the woods, she died when the Earth lover invited her with an attractive scarf. The ballet brought Marie Taglioni to the French people. She was the first person to dance for artistic reasons than spectacles, and now the first, wearing a white, bell-shaped, calf length ballet skirt considered a basic feature of a romantic ballet Man. The poet and critic Théophile Gautier participated in La Sylphide 's first performance. Ten years later, his idea for Giselle shows the style of La Sylphide. For example, it will be a real place and past, will be people in everyday life and supernatural women.
