The new biennial competition was organized by the British architect Royal Society (RIBA) and I saw entries from all over the world come out as the best new building in the world. The winner will be announced by December 2018, but as a long list 62 projects have been chosen from over 28 countries. Ben Derbyshire, chairman of RIBA, praised this award. Most importantly, the key choice for these 62 projects shows a meaningful influence and quality of change that can be given to the community no matter where a well-designed building is located.
From the original field of 4,000 writers around the world, after 3 rounds of fierce competition, we finally got the winner! Congratulations to Michael Tippett (Memberfield, Australia) who won the 2018 game on the last "Crawlers" story. Michael and the other 74 finalists take only 24 hours to create a story of less than 1,500 words based on the next assignment. The 12th Short Story Challenge is a creative writing contest that is open to writers around the world. There is a competition of three rounds. In the first round (January 26th - February 3, 2018), the writer was randomly enthusiastic and assigned assignments of type, subject, role. The writer has 8 days to write an original story less than 2,500 words.
