Audience's Perceptions of Malvolio

Audience opinion against Malvolio Malvolio is the administrator of Olivia. He is a unique character in the play, seems to be "honest", but it is the only family I do not really like colleagues and masters. This quickly tells us that people do not like him and try to return to him to a certain extent. On the other hand, he is the only employee who is effective, undoubtedly faithful. As a domestic wife, his main job is to manage the family of Olivia and arrange for certain things.

These remarks indicate that Marvolio is an elitist and a puritan (Puritan is a religious organization accusing a theater and other recreational activities because he believes it is affected by corruption) . The following Olivia insults call Marlborio "self-love", but this is common throughout the drama. In the second half of the scene, the audience found the main role of Malvolio in the play as Olivia's steward Malvolio called her "Ms.". This is an introduction of Malvolio in the drama, which was later seen as an image of "demon", became the center of ridicule.
