In today's society, people's appearance is significant to them. One of the focus of people's attention is their weight. People try dozens of new diet regimes each year. One of the most popular meals in the past few years is the Atkins diet. It helps you lose weight quickly and easily, but it does not provide good nutritionals. Atkins diet was developed by Dr. Robert Atkins more than 30 years ago. (5) It completely changed the world of food.
