There are student athletes who are beginning with university sports and whose behavior is thought to be a disproportionate deviation. College athletes violated the rules and regulations established by the National University Association, such as receiving benefits, rape days, substance abuse, and even murder. For some reason college athletes should think that they are beyond the law due to their athletic ability and should not follow the same rules as ordinary students. As a former NCAA level 2 football player, I can prove the athletes' feelings from their position, they deserve special handling. Some people think that university sports can not be disputed, but the purpose of this article is to argue that university sports are corrupt.

Recently, more dialogues have been on the theme of compensating university athletes beyond sports scholarships. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the use of student athletes by NCAA and its member institutions. Amateurs and development were defined and discussed in the NCAA Division 1 campaign.
