Ghobadian, Speller and Jores (1994) point out that reliability is the ability to provide promised services on time, exactly and reliably. It includes consistency of performance and reliability. This means that the company runs the service as soon as possible and the service is incomplete. This also means that the company is fulfilling its promise (Edwards & Browne, 1995).

Clients of academic libraries are institutional students and faculty members. The main purpose of academic libraries is to support educational institutions' education, research and other extracurricular activities. Academic libraries are service agencies that provide individual services to customers. For service organizations like academic libraries, customer satisfaction means meeting user expectations. - In today's society, good education guarantees a stable, rich future. In order to achieve superior results, students are put under much pressure on them and shorten the time of extracurricular activities such as sports. However, with consistent physical activity, Marianopolis colleagues' academic achievement will definitely improve. Studies show that participating in fitness will actually improve performance

In order to clarify significant relationships among various learning methods for evaluating knowledge, skills, attitudes, or behavior learning methods, the authors published academic library literature from 2007 to 2012 on academic learning assessment I investigated. Several questions on the evaluation of library education were presented. The evaluation included articles specifically designed to evaluate the use of measurements and tools to evaluate the effects of IL skills or IL training on student learning. Reviews are not limited to literature from biomedical journals, but also include literature on art, humanities and social sciences. The resulting samples include articles published after 2007 using performance metrics (tests, products, portfolios), attitudes (surveys), and actions (related to using library resources).
