Conceptual framework The purpose of this study was to investigate the user's perception of the attitudes of library staff in academic libraries, Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak (PTAR), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, PTAR 1 and PTAR . 2 library staff evaluate their attitudes in terms of reliability, responsiveness and assurance, and the conceptual framework is divided into two parts: independent variables and dependent variables. Dimensions measured or evaluated by researchers in this study.
In order to clarify significant relationships among various learning methods for evaluating knowledge, skills, attitudes, or behavior learning methods, the authors published academic library literature from 2007 to 2012 on academic learning assessment I investigated. Several questions on the evaluation of library education were presented. The evaluation included articles specifically designed to evaluate the use of measurements and tools to evaluate the effects of IL skills or IL training on student learning. Academic libraries are undertaking an interesting trend. The library always welcomed the new neighbor. Specifically, programs that support the success of students and teachers such as Mathematical Shopping Mall, Writing Center, Academic Enrichment Program, Excellent Education Center are currently winning a big position in the library. Before studying the opportunities and challenges of these synergies it is important to place them in a larger context of academic library development and an important moment this trend shows. In other words, the arrival of a new neighbor to the library shows the emergence of third generation academic library design.
