Potion Owl is a healthcare service platform originally built using PHP, Python, and JavaScript, which began as a personal project in 2014 and then officially bought a medical service provider in August 2015. The company is headquartered in Kingston, Jamaica and provides a rapid expansion plan for the region and its successors. Potion owls are often referred to as electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems - we are not. Potion owl is a healthcare service platform that includes P2P itself, by allowing consumers (patients) and healthcare providers to access our services in a way that focuses on both. The standard electronic health record system is "for physicians". In other words, I first consult a doctor before seeing the patient. Potion owl overturns this approach by proposing a "consumer-oriented (patient)" problem:

It is mainly considered as a healthcare service platform that supports the whole ecosystem such as consumers (patients), healthcare providers, service providers, etc. As of January 2017, Potion Owl is the major city of the founding country Electronic health occupying (EHR) Record the majority of the market. They are also major tourist destinations, which means that it is easier to receive healthcare from visitors from other countries. Through a distributed mesh network, Neblio nodes can connect to relay modules all over the world. Each functional node contains a complete copy of the Neblio block chain. This allows the Potion Owl platform to take advantage of performance by interacting with the most recent node or fastest node.
