James Sinclairs was born on 22nd January 1908 at Shelbrook in the northern part of Saskatchewan. He is considered one of Canada's finest literary artists. His first novel was titled "for me and my house." Before his parents divorced, Ross studied at the first grade of Wild Rose School. Due to family change, he graduated from the 11th grade high school and worked at the monastery of the Canadian federal bank in Saskatchewan Province. He continues to make many short stories into movies or posted it on carefully selected collections. His writing proud him because they won the game. In 1942, Ross joined the Canadian army and lived in London until 1946. As he was most affected, most of his novels are based on the Great Depression. After retiring from Royal Bank in 1968, Ross moved to Athens in order to continue his writing career. Later, due to illness, he returned to Vancouver, Canada. He died on 29th February 1996.
