Everyone is concerned about beauty and media, and for their benefit they use body images as tools that exist only in the minds of people. It is unbelievable how the media has been criticized for its behavior. In Shari Graydon 's article "How the Media Keeps Us Within the Body", the authors claim that women are suffering from unhealthy and harmful diseases due to media influences. As a force, Graydon draws reader attention by using information from celebrities, experts, and researchers to provide information about how media will affect women.

This article will focus on the media as a social problem of non-mainstream body modification framework. Through analysis of 35 newspaper articles on physical modification I have proved that disconnection discourse is one of the main meaning framework for understanding the body modifier of mainstream media.
