Art of Portraiture

Portrait Art Three pieces I chose were Portrait Art, King 's Head, Rioba Mask, and Mother' s Goddess. The first two portraits are West African art from Benin who created two different tribes, the head of the king, Ife and Lyoba mask. The goddess of my mother is a work of Aztecs. These people come from different cultures, times, and share different faiths. Group similarity is a symbolic meaning that portraits bring to people.
