Mark Twain said there are three advantages "in the rich God, freedom of speech, freedom of thought, wisdom never used" in this country. Perhaps this is what happened when Arizona's new law was established. What does the law mean? The law is a set of rules established by the governing body to establish and maintain regular coexistence (Merriam Webster's). The new law called SB 1070 is written as a hostile point that threatens human rights. Thousands of illegal immigrants are forced to return to their country.
For example, not everyone agrees that Arizona has passed SB 1070 which started in the Arizona Senate (SB stands for "Senate Bill" literally). The law allows Arizona and county law enforcement agencies to investigate and enforce federal immigration laws. After adopting Arizona State law, I worked for President Obama. The environment provides another example. Under the guidance of President Bush, a series of states led by Massachusetts State asserted EPA through its Secretary of the Attorney as having failed to fully implement the Air Pollution Control Law. The Supreme Court stated that the law required the Bush administration to take more steps and backed the state. After all, this led to the Obama administration 's clean energy plan and Paris' climate agreement.
After Arizona SB 1070 state law was established, there were few cities in Arizona which became "asylum city." The SB 1070 regulation requires local governments to "contact the Federal immigration office if they find that it is reasonable to doubt that they were illegally detained or arrested in the country." South Tucson, "asylum city"; the label is so South Tucson does not respect ICE detainees "as long as the ICE does not pay detention money"
After passing the SB 1070 bill, which was discussed in Arizona in April 2010, he believed that the law opened the door to race profiling and gave the municipality the authority of traditional federal immigration enforcement. People who share similar wills will not use Arizona as a convention site until the law is abolished. His opposition to SB 1070 and the proposal of a boycott to Arizona were widely considered to be the cause of numerous death threats to him and his staff. And in the spring of 2010 it led to the closure of multiple offices.
