Tobacco is one of the most widely used recreational medicines in the world, mainly cigars such as cigars and pipes, cannabis and marijuana for "joints" are used. Most countries have imposed age restrictions on use, but over 1 billion adults are legally smoking daily. It is a big deal to fulfill such a requirement. In addition to causing serious health hazard to the smoker himself, the pollution of other people's cigarette smoke in the atmosphere makes this an environmental issue.
The ban on smoking, especially in public places, has become a subject of debate for several years. This argument is mainly from medical and health related origins. Many people are strongly against the ban on smoking in public places. Almost the same number of people support smoking ban. This article acknowledged experts who continue to ban smoking against the discussion made by Thomas A. Lambert in the "Ban on Smoking Prohibition", and the reliability and trust of the data used to support him We analyze sex and effectiveness. According to the argument Lambert (2012), the government's smoking ban is not wise. "Risk-based discussion is inappropriate because even a small risk associated with ETS can not prove a mass privacy infringement due to a full ban," (p. 34)
Other typical discussions on ban on smoking ban are economic. Members of the Tobacco Company and the Scottish Chartered Trade Association believe that no prohibition is absolutely necessary and do not receive general support (BBC 2004). Opponents to smoking bans believe that this will diminish the business, lead to unemployment and deprive people of the right to drink in public places (Johnson 2004, 8). According to a survey entrusted by TMA, Mr. Timrod thinks that TMA's commissioned research is that 77% of Scottish people oppose a ban on prohibition against campaigns, especially clubs, bars and bars It is (BBC 2004). However, independent research does not support these results. Scottish Parliament's policy note says that 70% of Scotlands support smoking restrictions and 59% of restaurant owners do not adversely affect the law (Scottish Parliament 2 - 2004)
Changes in public regulation of smoking as a result of policy intervention over 30 years laid the foundation for debate about smoking bans in outdoor environments. Discussions on smoking in beaches and parks describe tobacco's cigarette as an ugly or unpleasant form of waste and a clear policy commitment to informality based on the belief that children need to protect from smoking . Even though it is considered to be garbage, tobacco is not necessarily considered toxic. The ashtray cigarette mountain was thrown away and the cigarette butt of the sidewalk was washed away by the street. The presence of the butt is considered as nauseous only when the public standard surrounding smoking begins to change. Therefore, the data do not show the properties of cigarettes of a number of items and are therefore unacceptable forms of contamination.
