Bullying is a big problem for children and young people who experienced bullying. It weakens their self-esteem, makes them lose confidence, and fears to go to school everyday. In extreme cases, bullying may cause young people to commit suicide, and in other very serious situations they can become out of hand and bullys may kill the victims. It is a big task for parents and teachers because stopping bullying is a hard work and often does not know the best way. There are three important elements to stop bullying. Educate bullying, impose big sanctions on bullying, protect victims

The reason why bullys must receive education is that they do not know the extent to which many of them have hurt the victims. In a serious case, it may be completely intentional, but most bullies do not want their victims to become suicide as they do, even though they are. Bullying can take a variety of forms, especially for so-called friends' groups who influence girls and exclude them. Under such circumstances, if you understand that the bully was bullied by the victim, you may think twice before you act.

The second way to deal with bullying is to punish them. This only concerns incredibly annoying people as they only care when it starts affecting them, so it may be the only factor. There are many cases that bullying is not enough, for example, if you hit someone in the middle of the street you may be arrested, but if bullying happens you may be detained. It is important not to make sure what happens at school does not disappear in the real world. Also, children and young people without borders and sanctions may not follow the law as in adults during the process of growth.

The last major way to deal with bullying is to cooperate with the victims. Since it is necessary to teach that victims of bullying not only accept things that happen to themselves, they are not only confident and active, it is necessary to know their own values. They should also be told to allow self defense if necessary and should not be punished for this and it is important that adults always listen to them and take their concerns very seriously .

After all, there is no solution for bullying, but ignoring it is not enough. By combining these three strategies, the teacher should be able to stop bullying long before the school gets out of hand.

Psychology also has solutions to bullying, but fortunately, there are solutions to bullying and it is not new. The problem is that few people know how to teach a solution effectively and reliably. As stated in academic papers, "Recent studies show that most of the historical advice provided to the victims is not very effective in actually reducing the frequency of bullying" (Conoley, 2008). Yes, providing advice is not very effective in helping the victim. However, as a counselor or therapist, we should have stronger techniques than simply providing advice. An article about bullying (Jeffrey, Miller & Linn, 2001) says

Many people think that the bullying solution is to make the bully responsible for their actions. The basic assumption is that our moral obligation is responsibility to adults, so that they can no longer be bullied. I received countless comments like the following: In business, people are responsible for their work. But is it good for companies and their employees to help people take responsibility for all their actions? Do you want to have responsibility for your boss? What do you eat at lunch time, or where do you buy clothes or do you make friends with other people?

Showing the bullying and its impact on the society, it also proposes a solution to suppress this social evil. Before explaining why people are being bullied, it is necessary to understand clearly what bullying is. Using power to achieve specific benefits with other people 's resources is necessary to make them available in a convenient way to the resource owner and others' talents and abilities. Whatever the meaning of bullying, of course
