Argument Supporting Increased Gun Control in the United States

According to the cancer control alliance, 291 people were murdered with pistols last year in Australia, Sweden, UK, Japan and Switzerland. In the United States, more than 24,000 people will die by the end of this year. So what is the big difference between the US and other countries? In these other countries, it is almost impossible to buy any kind of gun. There are no gun shows in these countries. In these countries you can not purchase guns at pawn shops or local Wal-Mart.

Gun control in the United States has been a major debate for centuries. Many people believe that guns should be strictly regulated, but I believe that anyone else should be able to own a gun. Each party seems rational at first glance. Nine students were killed at the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. A man fired at the church in Charleston, South Carolina, and nine people including the pastor died. 27 people died at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut State. Twelve people died at the Washington navy shipyard. This is just a few examples from a long list. Unfortunately, mass investigations are becoming a new norm.

Gun control is the argument discussed in the United States today. Recent events such as shooting at Connecticut elementary school and shooting at the Colorado Theater at the early morning screening of "Dark Knight Rise" persuaded many government officials to support the gun control law. However, many government officials still insist on the second revision, frankly saying "... the right of people holding and carrying weapons should not be infringed." Reliability But I do not think this is correct. The government should not control the extreme rights of firearms, but we should not be allowed to take too much freedom.
