A club visit is an opportunity for the region to pass regional directors, support the club, and improve the quality of the club. The Regional Directors Club visit report will guide regional directors in evaluating club quality during these visits by rating the clubs at each critical time (item 290). The regional director finds opportunities for improvement and designates clubs that need regional support to help clubs maintain membership and build members through active membership experience. This important contribution of regional directors will help clubs achieve outstanding reputation.

Congratulations to all the district chiefs who completed and submitted club visit reports so far. As of today, 53 clubs have submitted reports to Toastmasters International. There are 16 days to submit other 131 reports by the deadline of November 30. As governor, Toastmasters International's computer is notoriously collapsed, it is recommended that the 122 nd regional chief executive is trying to exceed the application deadline, so please submit a report online within the last minute.

A visit report is a narrative report detailing access to a website by a particular person or group. Access can be done by site administrator, owner, even by research site or on-site students. The access report is used as a document on the status of your site. You can also display a sample marketing report. From the implementation plan of the site, from its physical condition to the performance of the worker. It is important to collect as much data as possible from the site so that it can be used in future preparations.
