A few days ago I received an interesting email about the Women 0 newsletter. This is not exciting (whenever possible). Even if I have heard of it before, it makes me reject and re-evaluate.
I think that such news communication is very efficient as a real technical woman who has a degree in computer science and watching codes everyday. There is nothing to teach the engineer what we are as bad as a group of people familiar with the business, and they have never worked in that environment, but there is nothing more boring. It is also an insult to say "to work with technology" by grouping sales personnel and marketing personnel with actual technical positions. Being a clerk at a hospital does not mean I am working in health care.
I have worked for women for 10 years with technology and entrepreneurial spirit. I know that coding is dangerous enough, but not many women I'm representative are working nearby. I am a trader marketer. In this sense, this criticism is correct.
However, if we are not the core technicians, we will not lead some of these initiatives, loopholes will arise, gaps will be bigger and discussions will be less. This is not that things are not displayed in today's place, but some of the major organizations in this area are managed by "others." These organizations and leaders are not here (hole!)
So what did you make me in the morning? Women who told me over the past 10 years, the work I participated in changed their lives, changed their careers, changed their career, changed their position in the scientific community, standing in the region or community, company policy, your name
As a lesbian (I am different), I encourage everyone to look around their workbench and strongly believe that women are not unreachable enemies but allies. Whether they are technical experts or not, they may be in a very (very) similar position. I am sitting next to a female colleague. She is an engineer and is in exactly the same position, exactly like the "things" that I tried to change with female 0.
I also heard that someone says that this responder seems to be heard - "how bad we are" - instead of trying to rethink this, "This is incorrect
The last part - "Let's solve this problem" - If you continue to set walls around you, it will be difficult to achieve.
I will encourage "to make myself false" and "not so difficult for myself". This world is too difficult for you, kind and gentle to your soul and spirit. Even though we are all different, we all live on the same journey. We must be brave, avoid avoiding adversaries and stupid people, seek friends of souls, and seek out the meaning of life. Then this reality suddenly struck you, it is not your fault, it is for you to learn and grow from it. My advice is to try to see good in at least the situation you have learned / experienced in whatever circumstances. I am a generation of thousands of years, I was born in the era of rapid technology development. It seems that it was born in times when failure is a crime. Check the number of users using "ASMR" on YouTube. Turn off the theme BTW. You can actually do whatever you want, we all have the platform we need.
We are all different, everyone is the same. We are never the same, so we are all the same. We are united, all colors and cultures are unique and unique. In reality we are in harmony, we are all dominated by the same gravity. We do not share blood, but share the air to keep us alive. C. JoyBell C. Tweet click
Please look around you. We all have different shapes, sizes, age, sex, and everyone has a different lifestyle. It is common sense to deny the idea that we all need the same amount of the same food. Science now supports this common sense. Our bodies need different things in our biology, our DNA We tell us through the blood of our blood vessels. We only need to use tools to move to our body and listen to the food it needs. My own experience tells me that our health and healthy fate is defined by what we eat and how we move literally the world. Food is life. Wrong food can hurt us. Right food can help us become the best self. We need to gain concrete knowledge about ourselves and get the correct health and the whole food.
