Teenagers are overworked. Today is a busy day. I stayed at school for seven hours and did my homework. Then, on Monday we need to complete English research papers, math homework, 2 day history project, tomorrow's scientific exam, learning vocabulary, and the rest of the student memos. It goes without saying that we have housework, but we need to take care of the dog. After spending at least three hours on my homework and domestic affairs, I had to go to practice volleyball.

I was still trying to balance school, work, and all the crazy extracurricular activities I participated so I remember having slept in class for several days. As I was a teenager, my tendency to overwork has always existed, and in many ways it is a way to deal with difficult feelings. If I do not stop, I do not need to feel them. The last thing I want to do is to feel it. I make every excuse. I learned to streamline her love and care of her. Since I already know that it is normal to have a rebate, I am in friendship and became part of the community after their expiration date. For those of you who like it, this is a coincidence. If my mother did this, why was my brother, my friend, the church, or someone I loved something like this?

This is not the essence of work, it is the essence of human beings. Everyone is overworked. However, if this is normal, the problem will occur. The error is usually you. Overwork is usually due to a failure of delegation, a failure to say "no", a specific failure of appropriate priorities, taking too much time on details or obvious matters, or having a job habit. It is rare for this work to overwork this person, but people are often overworked. All works have patterns. If your work does not look like a pattern, you do not know the nature of the pattern. Data is necessary to discover patterns - causality needs to be taken into consideration. An example will help clarify this concept. Many people think that the telephone is a waste of time. But they rarely know the pattern they are involved in when using the phone. For example, how many times do you use your mobile phone every day?
