One day, I heard that my friend shares her fifth grade classroom experience. She regretts the difficulty of teaching today and gives an example of how much student has changed. One of her friends answered, "We will never tell this to the teacher." When I thought of this, I thought she was right. Things, then things changed. The educational system has changed and is still changing now. In order to make sense it is necessary to change only the role of the teacher.

A teacher promising to become a servant leader in the classroom understands Bellah's community concept, which is characterized by communication, contemplation, and achievement of the team's goals. They understand the need to reach an agreement, but they never sacrifice the growth of groups or individual members. When people create an environment to share values, new ideas and targets appear, these environments can change periodically. It is used for class and student love. Only leaders who undertake their own role like this can regain the importance of the community. In the classroom, this means that the teacher has absolute responsibility for the growth of each student. As their mentor leaders, their responsibilities on this point are unlimited.

Who is the servant leader? A servant leader is a leader who focuses on identifying and fulfilling the needs of others, not getting strength, wealth and fame for themselves. The servant's leader loves them and is trying to help them. This gives them much meaning and satisfaction in life and work. One of the best things about servant leaders is that they do not bring much self sufficiency. They are not concerned about their personal identity and fame. They just focus on the problems and opportunities that are close at hand. This makes it easier for people to collaborate with them and follow them in the process of change. There is an old proverb

The difference between a servant leader and another type of leader is that the servant leader is not the leader but the servant first. To be a servant leader means that you are devoted to your personal gain at the end. In other words, the leadership of the servant is a commitment to humility. Being a servant leader is not about your success, but about the success of the people you serve. You are not the focus of attention, and the people you serve should be the focus of attention. We currently live in a world where people prefer to boast of success in social media and the leadership of their servants is not boasting of your personal success. If you boast about your success, the ability to become a successful project delivered using ScrumMaster or Scrum, you regret saying this is not a servant leader. These successes are not yours, they belong to the people you serve and you have no right to claim to be yours.
