Teachers do not need to respect their students. For evidence, I know that many teachers do not respect their students. In addition, I did not publicize the request in the area where I was working or elsewhere I was working. Believe me, I read my contract from cover to cover. Furthermore, I do not have legal requirements as it can be seen somewhere in professional development or somewhere in training.

I respect my students. I tried to show them various things. For example, do not waste student's time. I work hard on time. I will not contact their parents unless I first talk with my students. I talked to the students about their education. I will not marry them. I did not assign a seat to them. I do not know if I can use a toilet. Why do students have to respect me? I chose to enter the classroom. I will try to get there. I study, train, think, plan, and then drive there. My students chose not to enter my classroom.
