Harvard Business Review 2011 article points out that happiness greatly affects employee creativity, productivity, commitment, and collaboration. How does a company meet the needs of its employees? This is a big problem as the aspect of measuring employee satisfaction differs from company to company. I will go hand in hand with satisfaction and morale. Morale is "personal mental health based on self-confidence, usefulness and purpose". (David Bowles and Cary Cooper, 2009). It is far beyond 'feeling good'. The morale of the staff must be stable enough to satisfy him.
Generally, satisfied employees are often more absent than employees who are not satisfied than non-satisfied employees, and are more efficient than unsatisfactory employees. Preliminary investigation shows that the neurotic trend is negatively correlated with work satisfaction, whereas responsibility, extroversion, comfort is positively correlated with job satisfaction. The impact of openness on experience on job satisfaction is negligible. However, additional studies can reproduce only the correlation between neurosis and extroversion, which is positively correlated with job satisfaction and neurotic emotion. This is probably due to the social nature of the workplace. (Personality Research, 2004)
Many studies have taught us that the concept of "investment time" is ineffective and that more employees who are satisfied are more effective. Sweden tried a six-hour workday to improve employee happiness. Participating companies have low turnover rate, high creativity and productivity

Advanced society not only focuses on the quality of production but also focuses on quality as well as high productivity like quality of production. Researchers with strong human values believe that faction is a legitimate goal of the organization. Therefore, organizations are responsible for providing employees with rewarding and rewarding work. Fair remuneration: - Employees want them to consider that the compensation system and promotion policy are indispensable to a simple life and that they respect their lives. If salary seems to be fair according to the requirements of work, it may lead to satisfaction of individual skill level and normal salary level. Likewise, employees seek fair marketing policies and practices. Promotion offers the opportunity for personal growth, more responsibility and improvement of social status
