Like other hospitals in the United States, Ashford General Hospital faces medical shortage. 68% of nursing staff are over 45 years old and face retirement. The nurse's retention rate is 61%, whereas the nurse's retention rate is 65% of the country. Many caregivers feel that this work is too strict, I feel emotional burnout syndrome. In the past two years, hospitals have used daily nurses and travel nurses.
