Blue Mountain Community College cooperates with the Oregon Apprenticeship Council, Apprenticeship and Training Division, the Labor Department and the Regional Apprenticeship Council to provide apprenticeship programs for local companies and industrial companies. The apprenticeship is considered an education and training program to prepare people for crafts and industry careers.
In Pakistan, apprenticeship training took place in accordance with the nation apprentices law of 1962 and apprentices rules of 1966. It provides an apprenticeship program for industrial and TVET colleges to obtain theoretical guidance. In the industry where more than 50 workers are in the apprentice industry, you need to conduct apprenticeship training in the industry. The entire cost of the training, including the salary of the interns, will be borne by the industry. The provincial government conducts apprenticeship training through technical education and vocational training institutions (Punjab TEVTA, Sindh TEVTA, KP TEVTA, Balochistan TEVTA and AJK TEVTA).
Since 1937, apprenticeship and training has worked closely with employers and workers' organizations, vocational schools, state apprentices, and other personnel related to the American industry apprenticeship program. It has field expressions in 50 countries. Its function is consulting and promotion. It does not itself carry out the training program. One of the main tools for promoting apprentices is through extensive exchange of information about the merits and methods of well-organized, well-functioning apprenticeship programs. Apprenticeship and training committees will convey this information widely through discussions at newspapers, industry magazines, employer associations and unions' annual meetings, and regional apprenticeship conferences. Approximately 800 trainees - mostly in the construction, manufacturing, transportation and service industries - are included in the registration plan
