I used the Roper, Logan and Tierney models (1996) to carry out this work under the leadership of my leader. And it is widely used in UK nursing practice. The advantage of using Roper, Logan and Tierney's Care Life Model activities is that there are 12 activities related to the basic human needs in daily life, maintaining, communicating, communicating, breathing, eating, Indicate to exclude, personally clean, wear and control body temperature (Roper et al.) Using this model, I will create a care plan for Mr. P and evaluate him I made it. Royal College of Nursing (2004) explained that assessment is the first step in an individualized medical process. The information it provides is important for developing action plans to improve human health.

I chose the model of Roper, Logan, Tierney because it identifies care activities related to the process of life. This model thinks that individuals will carry out a series of daily activities that form the basis of ordinary work. The concept of care is based on life rather than disease. (Walsh 1999). The model shows individuals as a whole and shows an understanding of cultural, political and economic factors. (Roper et al. 1996). We place emphasis on prevention and help patients solve problems related to daily activities. This model consists of two parts, "lifestyle" and "care model". There are five interrelated elements, 12 lifelife activities, independent continuum, influencing factors, and individuality in the life model. (Roper et al. 2001)
