Effective training begins with the ability to create an environment that participates in environments of different learning types (multiple intelligence). It is important to remember that in all cases it is impossible to apply all learners to the whole group, but some interrelationships are obvious. Teaching and accepting different kinds of learning helps to meet the needs of more employees. Clearly defined teaching materials assembled in the correct order need to be presented in a simple and positive language. And the same process is most suitable for most learners for better learning.
In this article I will discuss and apply the following learning theory to explain how I play the piano. Social learning theory, behavior modification, purpose behaviorism, and cognitive map. Cognitive map theory is based on the concept of spatial memory and spatial thought, but briefly explains how to use cognitive map to learn how to play instruments such as piano. First, we discuss who introduced or expanded specific learning theory, and at the same time explain them. I will also explain how these theories apply to my piano learning process. After each theory I will explain how to apply this particular theory and examples of that particular theory to my piano learning process. Then I will present my reasons and statements to explain the relevance of these learning theories to the specific example of my piano learning process.
Regarding social learning theory, the experience of learning how to play my piano applies to theory as well. Because, after seeing my brother play the piano, I have the power to play the piano. This applies to observational learning. Next, I would like to apply what I learned from observing my brothers by learning to play the piano with the help of my former piano teacher. I learned how to read piano notes and repeat their studies, and the former piano teacher demonstrated how to play the piano and how to use the piano. I observe and follow the way their fingers run over the piano and how their feet swipe the pedals of the piano. The purpose of observing and obeying them is to make sure that I understand how to play the piano correctly and correctly.
