Applying Adult Learning Theory Through Character Analysis

Abstract This challenge explores the learning theory of Mezro and Bandura through analysis of Malcolm X's role drawn by actor Denzel Washington in movie Malcolm X. Focus is on the theoretical viewpoint of transformational learning in the theory of adult learning and the theoretical viewpoint of social learning, and their influence on learning and development of personality. Application of Adult Learning Theory by Role Analysis The movie "Malcolm X" by Worth, written and supervised by Lee (1992), depicts the life of the transformation journey of civil rights leader Malcolm X in the city, prison and prison. After that, I became a leader in social change.

Adult education is always a problem, but there is little interest or analysis on adult learning. Regarding learning, the adult is considered to be the same child, so the only theory is pedagogy in the educational environment. According to Knowles (1980), after the end of World War I, a more modern educational theory about adults was developed. Research by Sandeck, Sorenson and Lindemann shows that adults learn in different ways from children and have different interests and abilities.

Adult Learning Theory Will adults be too self-sustaining because people are too stubborn? Adult learning theory focuses on the difference between adult learning style and children's learning style. There are three central ideas to support adult learning theory. These ideas and theories are called linguistics, independent learning, and conversion learning. Andragogy is education for adults, self learning is an individual who controls learning and transformation.

Conversional learning is considered a subset of ongoing theories and adult learning (Cranton, 2006). There are many theories, patterns, classification systems in the literature for adult learning. Adult learners are often referred to as voluntary learners and voluntary learners (Cranton, 2006). After investigating literature on self-instruction, Candy (1991) developed a framework that includes four aspects of self-management. Learner control (organization and management of learning in formal educational environment), self-management (individual) self-management learner), self-management (motivation and ability to educate themselves), and autism Pursuit of learning). Many people argue that adult learning should be practical or empirical based on the premise that adult learners are having practical problems.
