As the frequency of shoots increased, Congress felt more laws needed to solve the problem; in fact, this would not help. Most people in the world want to break the rules or in this case want to break the law. Just because they break there, this is human nature. Therefore, as Congress is unconstitutional, gun control should not be strengthened. If Congress enacts more laws, they should expect more sin than innocence.
