About 4 weeks of birth and swelling is very bad - even to my toes, even above my calf
Now, when my toes touch the wall (dorsiflexion), I need about 4 weeks of physical therapy to make my knees wall.
There is still a problem in the strength of the calves. Perhaps because it does not have dorsiflexion, it will not work well when walking on the calves (I did not push out with my legs when walking).
I noticed that the legs under the calves (previously injured) were slightly redder than other feet (not swollen). Raise your leg for about 2 minutes and move the ankle back and forth, the red color disappears. Two days after I lifted a lot of calves, there was cramps in the calves.
I was worried about the thrombus - I finally went to the emergency room, they announced about a couple of weeks ago, and everything was okay. I think that this fear prevented you from pushing me. Whenever I feel pain in the calves (1/2 - 1/10) I am going to be stiff and start to walk again due to fear ... I think that the muscles are tightening again. On the side of my ankle injury, the calf muscle is considerably smaller than the opposite side due to muscle loss.
If this sounds normal, or let me know what I ought to do. Also, sometimes the skin of my (injured) foot of my calf is in more contact with my other foot - I think my hand may do the same - but I I have never noticed before. Thank you very much.
Ankle sprains are very common in normal activities such as sports and work. It is a soft tissue around the ankle, especially a ligament that can be torn or partially torn. Also known as ankle sprain, ankle sprain or ankle ligament injury. It occurs when there is abnormal movement such as exercise, stepping on a bumpy road surface, jumping, falling, running. It is affected by pain, swelling, impossible to walk etc. This can be prevented by wearing good shoes, concentrating on walking and running methods and paying attention to internal and external warnings (Icon Health Publications 2002)
Ankle sprains were injured three times in the range of 1 to 3 times. The degree of ankle sprain depends on the amount of rupture or stretching of the ligament. Primary sprains are classified as slight extension and damage to ligament fibers. Grade 2 sprains are characterized by partial tearing of the ligament and abnormal relaxation of the ankle. A grade 3 sprain is characterized by the ligament being torn completely, and when ligaments are pushed or pulled during a certain exercise, it may become very unstable. Movement of the ankle is abduction, abduction, foot sole bending, back bending and varus, vulva. The ligaments of the ankle joint hold the tibia and joint in place. See more
Ankle sprains are a very common form of football injuries. Athletes may experience minor sprains in a few days or one to two weeks (or many people consider the ankle roll to damage the ligament outside the ankle and cause ankle sprains). Or you can ban football to athletes in 4 to 6 weeks. The humerus is a long bone leg. Jones broken bone is a fracture along the specific position of the fifth metatarsal bone. The fifth metatarsal bone is the long bone on the outside (outside) of the small toe's foot. This particular fracture usually occurs at the junction between the base of the bone and the central axis (the central part of the long cylindrical bone).
