Animal Rights and Religious Analysis In his article "Religion and Animal Rights", the writer Tom Reagan preserved the place where animals are "objects of life" like humans. If we value all living things regardless of the rationality of human beings who can act, we need to attribute it to animals. Otherwise, it is also called nonhuman animal. All action including animal atrocities should be abolished. These animals have intrinsic human values and emphasize that Christian theology is at risk of ecological disasters of virgin land.
For some people, the rights of animals are based on religious or animal worship (or general natural worship) and some religions prohibit animals from being killed. According to Buddhist faith, humans should not override other creatures. See also above. The Islamic law (Islamic law) earned animal rights early. This understanding is based on the Quran and the Sunnah. In the Qur'an there are lots of mention to animals that they clearly have a soul, a community, communicate with God and worship God in their own way. Muhammad forbade his followers from harming any animals and asks them to respect the rights of animals. Every animal has a legal right. This is a feature of Islamic law.
Not all animals have the same interests. Because they are not interested in organized religion and school education, other animals lack explicit human rights such as freedom of religion and formal education. On the other hand, all perceptual animals, including humans, cats and rats, are not interested in thinking reasonably, but because they have the ability to feel pain, they are interested in not being tortured. Recognizing this, the Animal Welfare Law prohibits experiments that cause unnecessary suffering for non-human animals.
