Animal Training & Enrichment

Have you ever dreamed of vocational training for wildlife and livestock? In any environment, do you want to extend skills of almost all kinds? If so, our animal training and concentration certificate program is for you! In our program, we adopt a comprehensive approach to behavior management.

Animal training and concentration certificates require five online courses (15 credits) and one on-site request (including 40 hours of practical experience) as employees, interns or volunteers of the chosen accreditation body. The courses required for this certification program are as follows.

After graduation, students can start using the names of CATEP, Certified Animal Training and Enrichment Professional. Many of our graduates start their careers after receiving certificates and act as independent animal trainers and behavior advisers. Other graduates find jobs in zoos and aquariums, entertainment facilities, shelters, kennels, veterinary practices, shelters and other animal related industries.
