Animal Cruelty

Abuse or abandonment of animals is only a small part of atrocities in many forms of animals. Nobody's eyes are cruel to animals. You do not think it is not, but in fact there are many people who do not mind. Any violence or neglect against animals is considered cruel to animals (American Association for the Prevention of atrocities). Animals should not be abused for any reason (humanitarian society 2).

Animal atrocities: cruel regulations and general terms for animals used in society to prevent animal atrocities. Legal definitions vary by jurisdictional area, but some general definitions are prevalent. These include: any action that causes unnecessary pain or distress to animals by intention or negligence (Sinclair, Merck & Lockwood, 2006). Or: deliberately painful to animals that the abuser is enjoying or entertaining (King 1998). Or: Law enforcement agencies usually function only at city or county level. Depending on the jurisdiction, local humanitarian aid associations, animal abuse prevention association, municipal or county animal management agency, agricultural department, police station or security authority can conduct the investigation. An animal abuse agent is responsible for investigating suspected animal atrocities in order to determine whether the claim is reasonable. Investigators who abuse animals may encounter many difficult situations such as giving up, neglecting, or abusing animals everyday. Each case must be thoroughly documented so that the litigation team can use it as evidence. If it is possible to verify the animal's atrocities suspicion, the investigator can confiscate the animal and coordinate with the local law enforcement body to arrest them in the incident.
