Animal care in Maricopa County has evolved over the last century and the best way to understand animal management is through history. In the first quarter of the 20th century, the community of Maricopa County was a sparse population of the population. Dogs and cats are highly appreciated because they contribute to this country life. Dogs have dogs keeping dogs on local meadows and farms, or they are used to hunt to help put food on the table. Several dogs and cats are used as mice to remove small rodents from their home or barn.
Animals are hunted, captured and sacrificed by animal control (raccoon, rat mouse to control pests). Ten times the number of animals used for animal experiments was killed for other less glory reasons. As there are no obvious reasons except boring master, cats and dogs are euthanized every year. Millions of other animals have been killed by cars (cats, dogs, raccoons, foxes, deer, etc.). Animal experiments can be for the benefit of animals and humans. Cardiac worm drugs are designed from animal studies and help to save the lives of many dogs. Animal experiments also provide a better understanding of the nutrition of cats and why cats live longer and healthier. Animal testing also helps to test whether products are environmentally friendly. In addition, there is no animal substitute for testing immunity.
Animal research is the process of using nonhuman animals to control variables that may affect biological systems and experimental behavior. The process of animal experiments is carried out in mind as a research useful for humans, but applied research may have little relation to the animals concerned. The downside of animal research is that it reduces the value of life. Upon completion of the testing process, most animals are euthanized. Many animals intentionally breed for experiments. In other words, in areas where regulation is inadequate, there is a high risk that millions of animals will be abused or ignored.
Anyone who observes animals can use it to investigate and prosecute cases of atrocities in animals. In New Mexico, there are a few animal management officials, representatives of sheriffs, and others who are in charge of the implementation of the animal abuse law. They are often criticized for enforcing these laws in a wide geographic area of the state and the time available for assigning to animal cases is sometimes limited. Therefore, citizens who can observe and report abuse and ignorance are essential to protect wildlife and domesticated animals in New Mexico. The following are notes and recommendations for those who may observe the afflicted animals.
