It is common to get stabbed in the hand, especially if it is infected it may cause pain and other problems. Early and appropriate treatment is the key to prevent bite problems
Millions of animals bite each year in the United States. Dogs cause most animal bites. Other chewing animals include cats, rodents, rabbits, ferrets, livestock, monkeys and reptiles.
The main problem of all animal bites is infection. When the animal chews, bacteria in the mouth will enter the wound and begin to grow. Infection can cause pain, tissue damage, and even life threatening problems. The severity of the bite depends on the animal's location, type, and whether the foreign body sticks to the wound.
Cat bites are more common in infectious diseases because cats have sharp teeth and cause deep wounds. The skin normally closes quickly and bites bacteria (see Figure 1). However, rapid and appropriate treatment usually prevents or minimizes the risk of infection
Rabies is rare but has a potentially fatal possibility and may be caused by animal bites. In the United States, wild animals such as bats, skunks, raccoons, and foxes are most likely to be infected with rabies. Bite of these animals should be reported to your public health office.
Human bite contains a large number of bacteria and the risk of infection is high. Many times, these bite are the result of punch. Because these infections can occur rapidly and cause serious problems, it is necessary to treat as soon as possible (see Figure 2).
If such symptoms appear, it is necessary to receive emergency treatment at the clinic or emergency room.
If you think that bite injuries may damage other important structures such as bones and nerves, you should also seek emergency treatment. Some of the symptoms this can happen are:
By receiving treatment quickly, you can minimize the risk of problems. Your doctor inspects the wound and asks how the injury took place. A complete and sincere record of the event will help your doctor correctly treat you. If you are stabbed with animals, you can explain the type of animal, its general health, behavior, and the state of known rabies vaccine. X-rays can be used to identify any damage from the partner and find teeth debris
All chews must be carefully cleaned. Your doctor and other medical staff can clean the wound and remove the damaged skin, thrombus or other debris that may become the source of the infection. If the wound is infected, you can get a cotton swab. This will help identify the type of bacteria causing the infection and determine which antibiotic is most effective for treatment.
Some bite injuries require antibiotic intravenous administration, others require oral medication. Sometimes people need to stay in the hospital for treatment. Severe bite usually requires surgery
In the case of animal bites, follow-up care is essential to confirm that the infection is being controlled or not occurring and that hand function is restored.

In general, animal bites beneath the belt are more mythical than facts. "In the United States, 800,000 people are injured in need of medical care every year due to animal bite, and one in two Americans is presumed to have been bitten by animals and people in their lifetime ". Surgery Journal, 2001. "Despite genital damage caused by animal bites, it is rare." It is extremely rare for the author to find only 10 such bite wounds during the 16 years since the hospitalization. A similar study - this research focused on dog bite in developing countries - three more discoveries since January 1997 and July 2008
Animal bite is a wound caused by teeth, usually puncture or tears. Animal bite often causes rupture of the skin, but it also includes excessive pressure contusion from the bodily tissue. Contusion is caused without skin rupture. Bites may be annoying, but there is no reason. Other bite wound attacks may obviously have no reason. Bite not only explains the attack, it is also the usual reaction of animals. It is to eat, to carry things, to soften and prepare food for young people, to remove ectoparasites from the body surface and remove sticking to the hair. Or plant seeds in your hair, scratch yourself and comb other animals. Animal bite often causes severe infection and death. Animal bites are not only reptiles, mammals, fish, amphibian teeth. Arthropods may also bit and you may injure
