You can select photos or videos directly from the application or shoot them for easy sharing. You can also send a voice message to a contact

Supported carriers can send and receive messages via Wi-Fi or data network to check when friends are reading your messages, etc.

Instead of pushing Allo or creating another new chat application, Google will add new features such as GIF Search and Google Assistant to the default Android messaging application. Android messaging will default to many (but not all) of Android phones. Samsung's mobile phone also uses Samsung's app to support chat. Third-party developers are unlikely to create complete RCS-compliant apps, but even if you want to use it, you can download Google apps.
