Andrew Carnegie's Gospel of Wealth

Andrew Carnegie's wealthy god Andrew Carnegie believes in principle and responsibility based systems. The system is individualism, and when everyone tackles the same goal, the system is fair and prosperous. Carnegie's article is his attempt to show people how to compromise between individualism and impartiality. The system works only when everyone knows their duties and is participating. I will discuss Carnegie's claim, his argument, and the outcome of his goal.

Inspired by Andrew Carnegie 's wealthy gospel, students create personal vision and mission statements, and write about creation and disposition of personal wealth, while continuing self - quest. Throughout the course, students analyzed recent works including philosophers (like Plato, Aristotle, Confucius) for classical reading and shrugs of the Atlas of Ianland. Students will respond to challenges from a comprehensive perspective that will influence the analysis period and the cultural interpretation of business roles and objectives and clarify the personal value they review.

By dominating the steel industry, Andrew Carnegie took turns with other well-known and wealthy captains such as Rockefeller and Vanderbilt. He is convinced that people like him are responsible for spending money to gain more profit. This faith is called the gospel of wealth. In his practice of his death, Carnegie donated 350 million dollars with his own money. That's 90% of his wealth! He emphasizes higher education and has established famous universities, concert halls and more than 2,500 libraries. "The gospel of wealth" continues to influence Americans' perception of the importance of wealthy people, the poor, and charities.
