The Hammurabi code is one of the most important documents in the history of Babylon. It was adopted by many Sumerian customs which existed for a while before the Babylonians. Many laws are adopted by the Sumerians, but they are known as Hammurabi Code as they are published by Hammurabi. This code has four main parts. These are the Civil Code, Commercial Code, Penal Code and Procedural Law. Civil law is an important law for the people. It establishes a social class system based on the level of wealth.
The lives of the people of Babylon are not what they desire, but "Hanabikodo". This code is the primary reflex and form of ancient Babylonian society. If they want to do something, they must make sure that it does not violate the code. But without norms, their society will become more civilized and inhumane. Without the code, they would not be as advanced and knowledgeable as they once were.
Hammurabi Code is one of the oldest decrypted articles in the world and contains the code of the ancient Babylon of Mesopotamia. Written by the sixth generation of King Babylon, Hammurabi in 1754 BC, the code was written with a tablet of stone and a tablet of clay. It includes 282 laws that give penalties depending on social status (slave, free person, property owner). It is best known for punishment in the form of "lex talionis". There are other forms of law and regulation in this field, including Ulnanm code, King Ur (2050 BC), Eshnunna Law (1930 BC) and Lipit Code - Isin of Isin (1870 BC). )
Ancient Sumerian and Babylon rally: In ancient Sumeria and Babylon, the king was not a god. The king is like a normal person, a human being. At least in these ancient civilizations, everyone is equal. The kings are enthusiastic about keeping the happiness of God as ordinary people. Therefore, for these early people, the parliamentary election (called the General Assembly) composed of wise men so that people can check to make sure they plan to do it makes sense makes sense Was selected. I will not make the gods angry. Like everyone else, the king tried to approve his behavior at the rally. The conference may say to the king: "Without the king, you can not do this, which makes the gods angry," the king will not do this. Even the gods must ask approval from Congress. The gods did not actually appear before Congress (this is not a clever trick!)
