Every second, the heart sends blood into the body. The heart is vital to life and relies on blood circulation to supply oxygen and food to every cell in the body. Heart rate is the number of times your heart beats in a minute while your body is completely resting. As your body becomes active your beats per minute will increase. When people are scared or upset, the heart rate increases. In order to strengthen your mind, you need to participate regularly in activities that can increase your heart rate for a long time.

In 2014, I was diagnosed with a condition called abnormal heartbeat, tachycardia. I remember my friend took me to the hospital after joining the dance workshop, but I could not walk, my heart rate reached 208 beats per minute. This experience gave me a new colleague who stayed here for about two years. Some of them are headache, chest pain, wheezing, and a lot of medicine. In the 1980's, the immune system turned out to be very intelligent; immune cells have the ability to participate in chemical information sent from the brain. This means that your thoughts, feelings, emotions and expectations will spread to your immune cells. When you meditate, this information changes in an important way. Because your immune system reacts to both negative and positive ideas, meditation creates a positive psychological environment for the prosperity of the immune system.

On the other hand, watching the heartbeat in a short time is not noteworthy. If you allow an average of 80 beats per minute, the heart will beat about 4,800 times per hour, 115,200 times a day. If you live to 80 years old, your heart will hit about 5 billion times your life. Like most of us, I have experienced my heart for the rest of my life. But on my overseas trip with my son, my heart became stronger and gradually became 24 hours 365 days. I told myself that I could not deal with my son, my travel insurance company, and emergency room in the US hospital alone. I do not think that I have a heart attack, I will go home soon. I tried to cover it until I got home.
