Regardless of whether or not, Hamlet's popular phrase quotes the manifestation of existential rationality in his world. In this world he is the prince of the country, and his throne is taken away by his own uncle. A fraudulent world is a perfect body for the development of self-worth of people. The world once had its own view of the throne is just a cave hole for betrayal and stubborn relations. The world of the hero Hamlet was broken up and the actions he saw gave rise to his own inconsistent idea.
In Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, Hamlet struggled with these and other problems. He stated that the problem of life is "to be likely to be, not to be ...". There is really a problem in life. Hamlet wants to know what his purpose is. He insists that the only reason for people to endure a terrible life is post-mortem uncertainty. "Afraid, unhappy, some kind of fear after a death in a tired life ..." Life is worth all suffering whether or not suffering is noble.
On the other hand, you can see that Hamlet is considering the value of life. Especially his most popular monologue, Hamlet (himself) discussed whether the painful life is worth living. There is almost no victory in this article so that the conclusion finally appears from the rest of the drama. Hamlet's only argument (to himself) to keep his life is to finally revenge his father's murder, and he is too afraid to face unknown death. He wonders if the death is a dark emptiness, or is it full of dreamlike dreams? Because he does not know, he says he is unknown worse than the present suffer because he says that he can not ask others (since people can not come back from this infinite sleep) I think. Throughout the story it is clear that he just kept on his life to finish other people. He is seeking revenge for the murder of his father, his father, now his father of King Claudius
