The main purpose of this white paper is to identify and introduce concepts and methods related to technical analysis. Based on the bibliographic analysis of scientific papers, we selected research zoning related to technical analysis. The relationship with the initial implementation of the research in this field was decided. Considering the obtained relationship diagram, I pointed out the possibility of using technical analysis. In addition, methods for analyzing state-of-the-art technology and concepts for future technical analysis are also specified. Next, I will explain the concept of prediction technology development and compare it. The conclusions of the studies carried out can serve as the basis for determining the important direction for the development of research fields related to technical analysis.
This article is applied to new technology and uses this analysis to lay the foundation of the "Internet international law", so this time for the first time we provide a detailed analysis of Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights I will.
