Analysis of the Theme of Knowledge

In the book "Frederick Douglas's Life Narrative", American slaves have developed many topics related to slavery. These fully developed themes include corruption, atrocities and knowledge. Perhaps the most important topic is knowledge and power in all. Frederick Douglas gained knowledge throughout his life and violated the law of slavery. One of the most striking things in Frederick Douglas's life may be except the first few months of engagement with his husband.

After carefully analyzing the data collected from semistructured interviews, five topics came from all three participant groups. These topics are as follows. Understanding of UD, UD knowledge acquisition method, and home design, collaboration, and cost are regarded as important functions. After explaining the topics below, we will explain the meaning of these topics in the macro design and how the OT fits into the UD process. All knowledge gained in the community of participants can be gained through self-study efforts or face-to-face communication with friends and experts working in the design field. There is no report that we received information on UD through formal educational process

Topic analysis is one of the most common forms of analysis in qualitative research. It highlights the exact placement, confirmation and recording of patterns (or "themes") in the data. A topic is a pattern of an entire data set that is important to describe the phenomenon and is related to a specific research question. Topic analysis is best considered as a generic term for various methods, not a single method. Different versions of topic analysis are based on different philosophical and conceptual assumptions and differ in procedure.

Researchers use subject analysis as a tool to gain insights and knowledge from the data collected. This approach allows researchers to better understand the groups and situations they are studying. By extracting the data using the subject analysis, researchers have identified a broad model that allows more detailed research and analysis to be carried out. It is very inductive: the subject comes from the collected data and never is imposed or pre-determined by the researcher. Using their findings, researchers can apply statistical analysis to validate topics. Actually, the subject analysis may include basic theory, positivism, explanationism, and phenomenology, depending on the background of the research.
