Analysis of the Success Factors and Failure Causes in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Projects

Literature Review: - IT is extremely useful for companies that meet their operational and functional needs. Due to the tremendous growth of IT projects, companies need to understand the change of the global world. Companies need to pay more attention to the ICT project in order to become more popular in competitive world. Two different lifecycles cooperate in the whole project. One describes all the tasks that must be done to produce a specific product and the other explains how to manage the product.

ICT stands for "information communication technology". ICT is a technology that provides access to information through telecommunications. It is similar to information technology (IT), but mainly focuses on communication technology. This includes the Internet, wireless networks, mobile phones, and other communications media. E-learning refers to the use of technology to support student participation, autonomy, and learning anytime, anywhere. This is quite a new educational practice and is part of the learning philosophy of "21st century". This approach utilizes the privately owned student technology, ubiquitous Internet access and creative teaching methods. E-learning tools provide a digital environment in which students can receive, discuss, share, and submit evidence of learning of teachers. Some systems are complicated and complicated, others are easy to use even if they have few functions.

In this survey, we are exploring information and communication technology as an incentive for Nigerian education (e-learning application) to develop Nigerian information and communication technology (ICT) industry. In recent years, scholars and practitioners have rekindled their interest in ways to further promote growth. This survey will focus on the challenges, opportunities, and benefits of using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to develop education in Nigeria. Information and communication technology (ICT) is becoming a major determinant of all aspects of growth, and information and communication technology (ICT) is a factor that effectively influences people and their lifestyle. In this new IT society, access to information and communication technology is a motivation for social growth and development.
