It is the majority of the electoral system to recalculate the election results of the previous two elections to study how this change affects the formation of Congressional government majority and the possible impacts on Congress (2 rounds in first-come-first-served and majority) are used. The quality of democracy in the Czech Republic may be so. The results show that the majority voting system fundamentally simplifies the formation of most governments, interferes with the emergence of new populist parties and may weaken the Communist Party. Meanwhile, adoption of a majority system will greatly reduce barriers to entering the Chamber of Commerce, which may lead to the collapse of the party system and its division.
