Abstract: In this paper, we analyze the views of Ireland graduate entrepreneurs on the role of entrepreneurship mental education in nurturing entrepreneurial spirit. It answers three important questions: (a) What is the graduate entrepreneur's experience in university student entrepreneurial education; (b) What is the graduate entrepreneurial education experience of graduate entrepreneurs? (C) Are you ready for scope for entrepreneurship education for graduates? The authors found that graduate entrepreneurs benefit from entrepreneurship education, especially at the graduate level, when more relevant, attractive, and applied. Their conclusion is that entrepreneurship education is enhanced through empirical learning and the actual experience of students and lecturers.

This research analyzes the characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit program and educational program through the importance of entrepreneurship education program, performance analysis (IPA) at entrepreneurship graduate school designated by Korean SME and startup. The results of this study will provide professors and policy makers with hands-on guidance to evaluate and improve entrepreneurship programs. This article is divided into the following sections. First, we review the literature on the entrepreneurship education program and explain the important achievements. In the following section, I will explain subject selection and analysis by IPA analysis. Finally, the significance of the research has been introduced through the results and explained in the Hints and Conclusions section.
