Children are the future of this country and the world. Today's children are the way the world depends on the future to solve the world problem. Today 's youth is the reason to keep alive the world. The United States understands that children will become an important part of the future by raising today's youth to higher standards. What is the foundation of the national youth? Children are not only an important part of the overall economic growth of the United States, but also play an important role in the US criminal justice system. According to the laws of each state, children are considered to be adults of different age in the country.
The juvenile justice system deals with criminal cases for young adults, mostly 18 years of age. Most lawsuits concerning adolescence are heard in the Juvenile Court. However, with a few exceptions, these exceptions and legal age are all being heard at the adult standard criminal court. One of the distinctions between the minor system and the adult system is that the difference in judgment between adult cases and minor cases is important. In most states minors are between 10 and 18 years old, and in some states the age is limited to 16 years. As mentioned earlier, there are exceptions to people regarded as teenagers. Especially, a boy who committed a very serious crime may be tried as an adult regardless of age.
As long as the judge decides to transfer the case from the juvenile court to the adult court, juvenile exemption will occur. The boy is tried as an adult and any protection in the juvenile action is denied. Boy exemptions are allowed in almost every state. The decision to "abandon" the protection of adolescents and to treat youth as an adult is not a defendant but a judge. The decisive feature of juvenile exemption is that the judge has decided to transfer the juvenile offender to the adult court. According to the rules ("legal exclusion"), minors can immediately transfer to the adult court or juvenile in both the adult court and the juvenile court ("Parallel Jurisdiction").
