Analysis of Poems That Express Love for Nature: Snowstorm, The Tide Rises and the Tide Falls, and Thanatopsis

Poetry and literature have various forms. In the early days, the committee decided to create a new form of American literature, including "love of nature". Many poets seem to adopt a literary form that makes art popular. Transcendentalists use natural, spiritual means, and important aspects of the afterlife. Every poet has a romantic way of thinking and knowledge of the natural world. In this poem "Blizzard", the author (Emerson, page 389) assembled his poem in the blizzard.

After analyzing the poem, the title tells the whole atmosphere of poetry. And it is melancholy and quiet. The line which is repeated in this poem "the tide rises, the tide" is where Longfellow embeds his subject and suggests that time and nature will continue to exist after death. Death is part of this cycle, but Longfellow comments on life and how it goes. "The tide rises, the tide waterfall" is related to the progress of time and death. But this progress is not that terrible, it is simply accepted

People living along the sea are accustomed to rising and falling daily tides. In the early years of history it was clear that the tide had to be relevant to the moon, as the daily delay of the high tide was the same as the daily lag of the rising of the moon. But a satisfactory explanation for the tide is waiting for the gravity theory provided by Newton. The gravity that the moon exerts at several points on the earth is shown in Figure 1. These forces are slightly different from each other because the earth is not a point, but it has a certain size: all parts are not equal to the moon, and they are not exactly the same direction as the moon. Furthermore, the earth is not completely rigid. As a result, the earth is slightly warped by the difference in attraction of the moon (called differential dynamics) at various places on the earth.
