Analysis of Leadership as Depicted in the Movie Wall Street

Foreword In this report I analyzed the leadership of Oliver Stone's movie "Wall Street" (1987). In this report we will explore the concept of leadership and the explanation in that movie. The report explains the exercise and influence strategy of power by leaders. As the report progresses, the attributes and styles of the leader, and how it affects the behavior of the characters in the film and the environment in which they are located is displayed. Finally, it analyzes the effectiveness of the learner. The report is based on existing theories, research evidence and empirical basic data for analysis.

Movie Wall Street's moral and ethical film "Wall Street" represents ethical cheating and business ethics disappointment in a commercially popular world. This movie shows that bad business ethics adversely affect society. The two protagonists are Budfox, which Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas Gordon Otaku play. Budfox is a young stockbroker from an honest, working-class family, while Gordon Gecko is jealous and a Bermudian who wants to connect with him.
